“Mmm, this is delicious!” That’s what your little ones will exclaim when they try this delicious pumpkin soup. Take about 600 grams of diced pumpkin and fry it with onion in a little butter. Dice three potatoes and two large carrots and add them to the pumpkin. Then pour about 1.5 litres of vegetable stock over the vegetables, add some salt and pepper as well as a teaspoon of curry powder. Let the soup simmer for about 15 minutes and then puree it. Our vitamin tip: Add a little ginger to the soup before pureeing to strengthen your immune system. If you like, you can stir in a little cream and some pumpkin seed oil before serving.
