Hiking adventures

The PanaRaida adventure trail

Children usually do not like hiking for hours – they think that it’s boring. There’s only one exception: the nature adventure trail PanaRaida in Val Gardena/Gröden, where hiking means having plenty of fun. The reason? The path features 10 adventure stations that use natural products and provide entertainment for parents and children alike. The entrance lies at the Monte Piana parking space, where you’ll find the first attraction: the photo station. With the Sassolungo/Langkofel in the background, this is the perfect location to take a snapshot of your experience at the PanaRaida.

Other highlights waiting for you along the way: the small horse carriage made out of pine wood, the Dolomites World Heritage Cinema with its scenic view, the water playground and picnic area, the labyrinth, the giant forest swing, the tree houses, the small, wooden cable car, the art gallery, and the water biotope. If you are longing for more, why don’t you and your little ones join an exciting treasure hunt and try to find the Geocaches hidden along the PanaRadia? Your children will be thrilled and you’ll be able to enjoy South Tyrol’s majestic mountains in the most relaxed way possible.
