Schnalstal Mysterious worlds
Schnalstal – on the trails of Ötzi!
Due to a mysterious discovery of a corpse, the unspoilt high mountain valley became famous in one swoop. On 19 September 1991, a tourist couple came across Ötzi, a glacier mummy who turned out to be a real sensation. If you spend your family holiday in South Tyrol in this quiet valley, you can walk in the footsteps of the man from the ice every day. For example, in the fascinating Archeoparc, which is located very close to our family hotel in Val Senales/Schnalstal, the Aktiv and Familienhotel Adlernest. Do it like Ötzi and venture into the eternal ice to explore the fascinating world of the Val Senales/Schnalstal Glacier. Nowhere else can you experience nature with children more intensively than in the Val Senales/Schnalstal.
