Make way! The most beautiful toboggan runs in Meran & Environs

Whether high up on the glacier or down in the valley – Meran & Environs awaits you with plenty of toboggan runs that know to impress. We, your host families at Familienhotels Südtirol, know exactly where tobogganing is most fun. Here a little selection:

Meran 2000

Pure nature or on rails? The choice is yours on Meran 2000: three-kilometre-long natural toboggan run to Falzeben or 1.1-kilometre-long Alpin Bob toboggan roller coaster to the valley station.

Monte San Vigilio/Vigiljoch

Do it like toboggan champion Armin Zöggeler did and show your tobogganing skills on the panoramic run on the Monte San Vigilio/Vigiljoch. The descent and the panorama will take your breath away.

From the Vöran Alm to the Leander Alm

The toboggan run from the Vöran Alm to the Leander Alm above Hafling, home of the horse breed of the same name, leads through picturesque meadows and transquil forests. Maybe you’ll met a Haflinger horse along the way.

Schennaberg

Looking for peace and quiet while tobogganing? Then we have two tips near Schenna for you: the 1-kilometre-long Schennaberg toboggan run and the toboggan run in Tall. Have fun!

Moscha in Val d’Ultim/Ultental

Tobogganing fun Val d’Ultimo/Ultental! Sure! The Moscha run is perfect for natural tobogganing fun. Our tip for night owls: Visit the perfectly prepared descent every Wednesday evening from 7 p.m.

Lazaun in Val Senales/Schnalstal

From the beginning of December, it’s time for action on the 3.3-kilometre-long Lazaun toboggan run in the Val d’Ultim/Ultental. The cable car will take you quickly and comfortably up to the starting point.

Dance on ice – under the sky or in the hall

 Indoors or outdoors? It's a matter of taste. In Meran and Environs you have both possibilities, because here you can expect numerous opportunities to dance on the ice during your winter holiday with children. Where?
