Three times a day, you will be treated to fresh, healthy and lovingly prepared meals, designed to nourish you and support your wellbeing throughout your retreat.

A typical day

7:30 am – Yoga

9:00 am – Breakfast

10:30 am – Mindful breathing walk

12:00 pm – Lunch

2:00 pm – LAP / Presentation

3:00 pm – Free time (Spa, private consultation)

6:30 pm – Dinner

8:00 pm – Ritual with Sound Healing
