40h kids club for children 3 years and older
Fun and games from Monday to Friday, four times from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., once from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
As Grafenstein dresses in its finest, pleasant temperatures invite you to discover nature and the Merano region. Afterwards, mum and dad relax in our sauna world and indoor wellness area, while the kids discover great treasures in childcare.

Of course, the most popular good morning classics are always included: homemade jams, freshly prepared egg dishes, sausage and cheese specialities, fragrant croissants, muesli and crispy farmhouse bread. In addition, there are favourite dishes such as Grafenstein-style Bircher muesli, fruit compotes from our own garden treasures, hearty spreads and extras such as waffles and oven-fresh cakes that smell homemade...

Usage of the indoor and outdoor pool
Indoor pool with integrated whirlpool, panoramic saltwater swimming pool in the garden, two paddling pools, wellness area with Tyrolean sauna and herbal steam bath, plunge pool and infrared lounge.
Cosy bathrobes, towels and pool towels
For sustainability reasons, we only provide adult slippers in the apartment in spring and autumn – please bring your own from home
Evening animal feeding at the petting zoo
Petting zoo with rabbits, goats, chicken and ducks. From Monday to Friday kids are welcome to feed and pet the animals together with the kids club.

E-bikes with child seats or trailers and helmets for children and adults are available for a small fee.
Kids playground
Covering an impressive 3,500 m², the adventure playground features a 32-metre giant slide, climbing fort, trampoline, table tennis, go-kart track, football pitch, children's cable car, various swings and a toddler playground with a covered sandpit.
South Tyrol GuestPass
The South Tyrol Guest Pass allows you free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol as well as selected cable cars:
- Regional trains in South Tyrol: Brennero to Trento as well as Malles until San Candido
- Local buses (city buses, intercity buses)
- Postal-Verano, Vilpiano-Meltina, Bolzano-Renon, Bolzano-Colle, Rio di Pusteria-Maranza cable cars
- Renon railway and the Mendola funicular
Interim cleaning every two days
Every other day, interim cleaning is included with optional towel change in your apartment (kitchen excluded)
