The Familienhotels’ quality criteria
All 27 South Tyrolean Familienhotels offer the following quality services:
  • baby and child equipment
  • spacious family rooms, suites and apartments, able to be darkened
  • free loan of pushchairs and backpack baby carriers
  • kitchenette with fridge
  • loundry service or clothes washer (payable)
  • child supervision for children aged 3 years and over
  • play room with daylight, parlour games and children's books
  • safe traffic-free area directly accessible from the hotel  
  • adventure playground and fleet of toy vehicles 
  • varied children’s menus using South Tyrolean quality ingredients
  • children’s buffets at child height
  • children’s juice bar open during the Children’s Club
