The residence was restructured in 2004 to produce exclusive family apartments/suites (35 m² - 65 m² for 2-6 persons each with a kitchenette) and boasts a children's indoor adventure pool with a pirate ship and a separate paddling pool, a second indoor swimming pool, an open air rock swimming pool with a 50 metre-long water slide, a 1000 m² wellness complex, a beauty oasis, a gymnastics and fitness garden, bicycle and motor scooter rental, tennis courts and plenty more.

King Pipo's Children's World provides fun and enjoyment for all ages.

For children: a room for babies to crawl around in, the Children's Club, a "Teenie Room" for youths with billiards, theatre and cinema, a soft-play castle, play lawn, a "games hell" with electronic equipment, three internet points and an interactive adventure playground with a small animals zoo.
